Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Veridian Industrial Supply website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, including volume price breaks, are shown at the time of order and may change without notice. We may cancel or limit quantities on any order.

3. Payment & net terms

Payment is due by the method selected at checkout. Where net terms are extended, invoices are due within the stated period (e.g., Net 30) from the invoice date. Late balances may be subject to a service charge and may result in suspension of terms.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns

Unused, resalable stock items may be returned within 30 days with a valid order number. Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee.

6. Warranties

Products carry only the warranties, if any, offered by their manufacturers. Except as required by law, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridian’s liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products at issue, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
